Description:

Add kubeless package to ballerina central https://central.ballerina.io/kubeless/kubeless

[PR Description]

Pull the package from ballerina central instead of copying the kubeless.bal file to Dokcer.
The kubless package contains type definitions for Event and Context.
This allows users to test the function locally.
