Describe the bug

The value of a disabled CdsTextarea isn't grayed out when compared to a CdsInput

Screen Shot 2022-09-07 at 4 16 15 PM

How to reproduce

Codesandbox on core+react 6.1.3: https://codesandbox.io/s/disabled-cdstextarea-7nlxn8?file=/src/App.tsx

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open codesandbox
  2. Compare the two disabled elements

Expected behavior

I would expect the color of the value of the disabled CdsTextarea to match CdsInput
