photon-updates & photon-release repo's contain outdated docker versions
latest available version in the photon-updates repo seems to be 20.10.14-6.ph4 (x86_64)
can the repo's be updated to contain the latest available versions?
would it also be possible to include docker-compose-plugin, which replaces docker compose
adding docker-scan-plugin would also be a big plus.
