A new release, that includes Swagger UI path changes.

version.txt and CHANGELOG.md updated accordingly

Testing Done: need to sync if anything else worth including in
CHANGELOG, that will also get released

thanks for the review; do we need to add changes description to CHANGELOG.md?
Is there any New features/Improvements/Bux fixes after latest made modification:

  * Add tracking and automatic release of locks on service shutdown<br>
    This will prevent delays in the K8s watching functionality on service restart/redeploy.
