When you do facet density plots add an option yo normalize the density between 0-1. This makes comparison of density plots lot easier

I assume you mean the x-axis? Perhaps an example so we are clear what you are looking for?

This graph is very uninteresting because the y-axis density scale is too high. Some of the facets are showing just a horizontal lines. If the y-axis density is normalized to between 0-1 then you will see lot of nice plots.

@MySchizoBuddy The version on GitHub now has an option to scale the y-axis as you suggested. Install from github (devtools::install_github('vnijs/radiant')) or see http://vnijs.rady.ucsd.edu:3838/base
