The second one references a tweet from xtraeme about "Fuck you morons" license, there is no reason to add quotes referencing things like this in the heat of the moment.
The user in the log and the original committer might not be aware, but this can and has been interpreted as a reference to xtraemes private life, which I think is poor taste and I reverted it.

@Duncaen, thanks for reverting this. I was not aware of the possible interpretation until after the fact. I regret making the comments and meant no ill will towards xtraeme.

that's assuming I've done anything to be banned for, which I haven't
you're also jumping to the assumptions that this whole incident is xtraeme's first offense, even though there have been issues with them (intentionally pushing broken/untested code, random outbursts, attacks towards certain other maintainers etc.) for months before this (basically ever since they came back) - but yes, I'm sure it's much easier to jump to conclusions while being completely ignorant of context
