OpenZFS currently relies on the 'kernel_neon_' functions that have been marked GPL-only in Linux 6.2 and newer. A local-only, non-distributable fix has been detailed at openzfs/zfs#11357 .

This bug report has been created to be referenced in the package template.

It should be noted that the Real Solution would be Linux upstream not marking the neon enabled instructions as GPL only.
