I think this should be generated when building libstdc++ as part of gcc, because those archives do look outdated. https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/gcc#n130 |

Provides Man Pages for the GNU Standard C++ Library . This is not outdated.
