mali graphics drivers. This is somewhat of a tricky package as it includes files that conflict with mesa and other packages. Debian splits their packages so it's less of an issue for them. I based this off of https://github.com/rockchip-linux/libmali/blob/master/debian/control.

Please let me know if specific changes around provides and shlibs are needed. I'm running this package on my device and it's working but I obviously want this package to be void compliant.

To be sure, there are multiple variants of "mali" and also multiple variants within the bifrost set of drivers. For my purposes, I'm only need -gbm for framebuffer workloads. If there is a request for wayland and x11 then I suppose we can make subpackages.

So the issue with this package is that when symlinking libEGL.so to libmali-bifrost-g31-rxp0-gbm.so, ldconfig refuses to identify libEGL.so - it only adds libmali-bifrost-g31-rxp0-gbm.so to the cache. At runtime though, this libEGL.so is picked up on top of libglvnd so it works. I will have to remove the provides so that this package doesn't replace libglvnd. Any thoughts?
