caerbannog: add missing python3-gpg dependency #29639

General

Have the results of the proposed changes been tested?

  • I use the packages affected by the proposed changes on a regular basis and confirm this PR works for me
  • I generally don't use the affected packages but briefly tested this PR

also, this package isn't in binary repositories for some reason, so this will trigger a build

Are we satisfying pinentry-gnome listed in https://git.sr.ht/~craftyguy/caerbannog/tree/master/item/README.md ? And I guess our python3-gpg is the gpgme python module?

Caerbannog should work fine with any graphical pinentry - gnome, qt, gtk or dmenu. That's why it's not a dependency.

And I guess our python3-gpg is the gpgme python module?
