• This is a new package and it conforms to the quality requirements

Have the results of the proposed changes been tested?

• I use the packages affected by the proposed changes on a regular basis and confirm this PR works for me
• I generally don't use the affected packages but briefly tested this PR

Bring back #30830 for discussion.
I divided the font into separated packages. This way the users can decide which version to choose.

Reason to include them all:

• curly: the same with the base monospace package, but with curly style
• extra: not monospace, suitable for replacing system sans, serif fonts
