TODO: fix cross-compilation.

Have the results of the proposed changes been tested?

  • I use the packages affected by the proposed changes on a regular basis and confirm this PR works for me
  • I generally don't use the affected packages but briefly tested this PR

@ericonr I need your help. Cross builds fail because zam-plugins require to run lv2_ttl_generator which should be built for a host machine architecture instead of the target one (see CI run). How to achieve this? A stupid solution is to replace $(CC) -> gcc in this file, how to do it right?
