From https://github.com/BambooEngine/ibus-bamboo/releases it looks like a 0.7.9 release might be tagged soon. Do you think it'd be okay to wait for it, or should this be merged as soon as possible?

I think it's ok to wait since the package has already worked pretty well on Void.
