I've been maintaining the element-desktop package for quite a bit, and I wanted to adopt it. I've reached out to the current maintainer, who told me it's fine for me to adopt it and mark their other packages as orphaned.

can you do the orphaning 1 package per commit?

Last time I orphaned all of a maintainers packages, I was asked to squash them together into one instead of doing them per package: #33507 (comment)

I honestly don't care either way, if you want me to split them I can.
