Testing the changes

  • I tested the changes in this PR: briefly

preparation for #36311, currently nothing in repositories uses gnome-bluetooth 42, but GNOME 42 which should be merged soon will

Good thing you checked, sorry I missed bluetooth-sendto.
Fedora handles it by deleting sendto from from the gnome-bluetooth1 package, and debian handles it by not building sendto for the gnome-bluetooth3 package. Not sure which is best, although personally I lean towards the former.

If you want to, you may be able to do a gnome-bluetooth1-sendto subpackage and a gnome-bluetooth-sendto package (debian sort of tried that but it is commented out).

I removed bluetooth-sendto from gnome-bluetooth1

I think after last update today my gnome is broken (gdm and gnome-session can not started)....

Uninstall the gnome-bluetooth package.
It will be fixed once the repos are updated for gdm 42.
Sorry for the trouble.

(gdm 41 doesn't like having two versions of gnome-blutooth installed)
