Description

Introduce patches for adding the PDS scheduler for desktop-class,
RT-enabled 6.1.34 kernel; switchable by package build-time flag.

Testing the changes

  • I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64-glibc)
  • I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark cross-builds):
    • x86_64-musl (cross)
    • i686 (cross)

yeah no, we're not going to carry 230k lines of patches for something that isn't from the kernel upstream
