**Testing the changes** - I tested the changes in this PR: Yes, fully. **Local build - I built this PR locally for my native architecture: x86_64-glibc This is a full rewrite for latest parsec package, new building rules required changes, alongside new dependencies being introduced. Parsec is a great remote viewing software, superb tool for video editors and whomever needs a realtime vnc equivalent.

whomever needs a real-time VNC equivalent.
