Extend BaseUsers class with certain functionality and fixes
- Add getPhone() interface method
- Use mas address as identifier in case login is not set
- Add special methods for tariff plan switching and editing a comment and password
- Fix expiring date format for compatibility with earlier versions of Stalker Portal
