'volo rejuvenate' fails when run outside of the volo parent dir #15

Executing 'volo rejuvenate' when one is not in the parent dir of volo fails with the following error:

Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory 'volo'

Thanks, fixed in master now. Will be part of the 0.0.9 release.
