This is a package of tools for Galaxy (http://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/wiki/Home)
It offers some scripts to manipulate and process time series.

In order to use our tools you need to have a working Galaxy instance and yeps-libs installed.

to install the libs just clone the git repo and follow installation howto
$ git clone git://github.com/volpino/yeps-clustering-lib.git

Installation:
1) Create the tarball using the create_pkg.sh script
2) Install it in your Galaxy instance using "tar" or the install_pkg.sh script
3) Enjoy :)
