Draft a SCIM representation of voPerson, both for use as a Schema Extension and an exercise to "generalize" the use case.

Sort of related to issue #9.

I've started on a SCIM representation, essentiall because we want to define an AARC Schema, and I represent a use-case that requires SCIM.
We've decided not to use voPerson named attributes in an AARC schema, but instead to refer to a voPerson SCIM schema.
Main showstopper at this point is that SCIM requires to make a statement whether an attribute value is case-exact or not.
If you would add those information to the current draft, would be helpful not only for creating a SCIM schema.

Hi @marcvs , thanks for the comment. The LDAP schema files do indicate case sensitivity, so you should be able to reference those to make progress. That said, the main document should include this information, so I've opened #43 to track that.

Please keep us posted on your work.

Yep, I've taken those infos from the LDAP schema.
I guess, the case sensitivity of some values may raise some discussion.

I found a SCIM enthusiast that will review my initial schema. I guess this will improve the PR.
