Install AutoHotKey from the T site.
Run EnableUIAccess.ahk.

Fix path in AutoHotkey.lnk to match your setup.
Put AutoHotkey.lnk file in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp.
