Tooltip in member table about vote probability is not working

Cannot figure out why the tooltip isn't working. Identical code to other tooltips that do work on that page and other pages. Maybe something in the javascript or css that I couldnt find out.

I think this is the newer version of jquery-tablesorter fighting with the tooltip. I am looking at this.

Edit: Yes, that's exactly what this is.

Edit 2: I also disabled sorting by the final column, which never should have been allowed.
