Dashboard opens with developer tools

I presume this is a development environment thing, but the currently dashboard opens with developer tools exposed for me:

Yeah, it's specific to dev mode, just like hot-reloading. I'm not sure where exactly it's enabled in the new template we're using, but I'm fairly certain the prod builds of the app I've been dealing with don't do this. I'll close this once I've double-checked, unless there's something we should address here (I guess we could make it configurable if there's a good place to do that and if we can figure out what's opening devtools).
