init script doesn't have data-dir (0.5.0) #100

I never used consul 0.4.0, so this may be me missing something, but the current init script bundled here doesn't work.

consul expects a data-dir option to be passed to it, which isn't included:

[root@host tmp]# tail /var/log/consul 
==> Must specify data directory using -data-dir
==> Must specify data directory using -data-dir
==> Must specify data directory using -data-dir
==> Must specify data directory using -data-dir

The module should probably include support for setting this up, too
