Affected Puppet, Ruby, OS and module versions/distributions
How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)
Install version 10.0.0 this module using librarian-puppet, it will not work because of a dependency conflict with puppet-zypprepo. They both try to pull different versions of puppetlabs-stdlib.
What are you seeing
Dependency conflict.
What behaviour did you expect instead
Successful installation.

Any additional information you'd like to impart
