Internal systemd service names don't adhere to the Systemd::Unit pattern #162

The internal service names eg: service {'systemd-journald': } doesn't adhere to the enforced pattern in Systemd::Unit.

This means that any service that needs to notify any systemd service cannot enforce that the service name value is of type Systemd::Unit
