Go to: Tools -> Options -> Fonts & Colors -> Annotations
and change the background color of
"de-foopara-phpcsmd-annotation-*-severity"

Sorry but this only changes in Edit window. I Want to change in error stripe..

As you may see in the above print, I've managed to change error from CS to red and mess detector to some kind of violet, but in Error Stripe (if that's the name) I still see something that looks like pink in both.
