I'd like to add a new language to ALCOM (vrc-get-gui) but I can't maintain zh_cn since i could not understand.
So I need your help to maintain zh_cn.
Could you please help me to maintain zh_cn localization?

In addition, recently vrc-get-gui has been renamed to ALCOM. Could you please update the translation to ALCOM?
