There's a nice class called GPGUtilities inside gnupg.py that could be useful for users to have access to alongside _meta, _util etc that we already have access to. But this class isn't included in all in init.py, so can't be reasonably accessed.

I have version 2.3.1 from pip.

There's a nice class called GPGUtilities

Not in this project, there isn't. See this paragraph for an explanation.
