feat(keybindings): add keybindings for output panel (#1685)

* refactor: auto generate 'vscode_integration' keybindings

* feat(keybindings): add keybindings for output panel

Manually send some keys like h,j,k,l to nvim when output panel is focused.

* refactor: set nomodifiable for output buffer

* feat: send more keys
