ImageProcessing-Opencv-

Performs Basic operations on image such as colour changing,creating patterns,writing texts,corner detection etc. It requires OPenCv with python to perform specific actions. Most of the part is done with the image and same thing can be done with the Vedio feeds as vedio is nothing but frames per second,and each frame is still an image. Please refer requirement.txt
