Install-debian 2.3.5

• replace bsdextrautils as not available in stable distribution with bsdmainutils
• remove unused aptitude and mailutils from dependencies
• rename config
• bring documents in line with the latest code update
• fixing, clean up, and local refactoring:
  • refactoring clean_space
  • resize space
  • remove aptitiude and cdebootstrap
  • remove -D & -A options moving their args to the end of positional parameters.
  • rename -P option to -D
  • remove emailing of the credentials
  • fix building of debootstrap and array options
  • fix logging
  • remove "here documents" redirection for parted commands
  • remove password generation.
  • fix config filename
