- meaningful error message when user adds invalid (empty) autoBundle
- made compatible with VS2017 (-> conditional include for Microsoft.WebApplication.targets)
- conditional include for Microsoft.WebApplication.targets - only include if exists
…nvalid shim section - added according tests
- added missing test files for shim tests
