Don't auto-connect to MetaMask if it's locked #185

How to test the feature?

  1. make sure there's auto-connect in VueDappModal
  2. Go to localhost:3000, connect to MetaMask, and then reload to check if the auto-connect works
  3. Close the window
  4. Lock the MetaMask
  5. Go to localhost:3000, and check whether it started to auto-connect.

This feature is available in v1.4.2 or later.
