Buefy has new Skeleton component

  • Send PR against develop branch, beware, it breaks often, you might keep it up to date, till we merge it
  • Use skeleton on all fetching queries
  • Find a smart way how to use it easy everywhere where it waits for network
  • Explorer
    • Chain - Chain name, Best Block, Finalized, Total Issuance, Validators, Epoch, Era, Recent finalized blocks
    • Block details - leverage buefy skeleton card component here
  • Accounts
    • Accounts
    • Contacts
  • Democracy - info board

For example in shared/Keypair.vue, while fetching transactions count and available balance, you could use skeleton effect

Do I do fix this for all query pages or just this?
