Description of Problem
It is not as clear what dependencies have successfully migrated to Vue 3, so this PR solves this by pointing towards a maintained issue in
awesome-vue.Proposed Solution
This will allow members to better track Vue 3 compatibility with other libraries that is sourced through community efforts.
