This PR is in regards to the Turkish translation information in the main README file of the project. Please see my announcement in 'Community Translation Accouncements" : #2015 (comment)
ONLY the README.md file should be merged into the main project. I couldn't submit only the related file, independantly from other files already translated.
In my update, I insert the Turkish language information in the alphabetical order (after Spanish and before Vietnamese). The information contains a link to my blog so that people can learn more about the primary maintainer of this translation fork as well as a direct link to the Turkish translation repo.
