Issue helper is broken - api.github & CORS

CORS is blocking requests to the github API and I'm unable to submit new issues as a result of mandatory input fields.

- Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.github.com/repos/vuejs/vue-cli/releases?page=1&per_page=100. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).
- TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.
- Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.github.com/search/issues?q=is:issue+repo:vuejs%2Fvue-cli+Update+@apollographql+dependencies. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).

I'm seeing this from Firefox 73.
