would allow the server to be accessed at:

http://localhost:8080 and
http://10.0.1.4:8080(my local IP).

http://10.0.1.4:3000 no longer works.

@LTMana is any problems with your config file? could you paste some of configurations.

DEBUG=true vuepress dev
Debug will enable local ip access
