[Bug Report][2.6.0] Emit twice event to open file manager application on label in v-file-input

Environment

Vuetify Version: 2.6.0
Last working version: 2.6.0
Vue Version: 2.6.11
Browsers: Chrome 106.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Move your cursor to input and make label active by selecting any file from your system. After that, move your cursor narrowly to label and click him to trigger your file manager application GUI from your OS. Now, click immediately on cancel in your GUI to close. That's when the bug happens. Your file manager open twice and clean up the previous file selected.

Expected Behavior

Don't open twice file manager from clicking in label when is active.

Actual Behavior

Opening twice file manager.
