Versions and Environment

Vuetify: 1.2.1
Vue: 2.5.17
Browsers: Chromium Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce

Disable v-tab.

Expected Behavior

When user swipes to switch tabs, disabled tab should be ignored (e.g. skipped).

Actual Behavior

By swiping, user navigates to disabled tab.

Additional Comments:

By disabling a tab we assume that we can't navigate to that tab, when swiping on mobile navigating to a disabled tab is unexpected (presumably unwanted as well).
