This PR is intended to resolve https://vufind.org/jira/browse/VUFIND-1256

TODO:

Eliminate hard-coded callnumber-first references
Eliminated hard-coded top_facet references
Test that functionality works correctly when configured to use different fields.


          Eliminate hard-coded field names in visual facet code.

Backported to release-4.1 branch, to be released in version 4.1.2; also merged to master from there.
