Adds support for persistent login with a login token cookie and a database entry. Allows the user to save their login and automatically log in on their next visit. The user can also view and delete their saved logins. Configurable support for different login methods.
I'm opening this as a draft, because this is still missing at least tests. Any feedback would be appreciated
