Add optional formatString argument to SortFacetList helper.

There was a request to add counts to the facet lists on the home page. I think it's best not to do this by default because with caching, the counts may not be entirely accurate, which could cause confusion. But I've added a mechanism for formatting the values in the list which could be easily used for adding counts through a small template change.
