Look at this commit : CVEProject/cvelist@9a1f421

There is no way to find when state "reserved" become "public", except the date of the commit.

V5 schema from MITRE say that timeline is optional. For sure, on MITRE side, they think "migration" (previous version of the schema don't have any timeline, only a modification date).

But at this point (2022), when using v5 schema, every changes on a CVE should update the timeline. Isn't it ?
