zabbix-trappers: Collection of ruby scripts for zabbix trappers

Usage

1. Include someting like “UserParameter=haproxy.live,/usr/local/bin/zabbix_haproxy.rb” in zabbix_configd.conf
2. Create haproxy.live monitoring item
3. Add trappers
