Spec migration checklist

This is a scratch checklist to be used when migrating an existing specification from one place to another, or converting it from one processor and/or format to another.

It is not an exhaustive set of checks. Please add more checks, or file issues to suggest additions or edits.

When the spec has been migrated, check that the following things are present and correct:

• Links to different versions of the spec;
• Details of current editors;
• Details of former editors;
• Participation information;
• Abstract and Status sections;
• Links to Github and for filing issues;
• Table of contents;
• Changelogs and/or Errata sections;
• Acknowledgements section.
