This is about #22.

Since I’m not an expert on this matter, please review my text before merging. A HTML preview is available here (the text for this commit is one paragraph at the bottom of the Alphabaetical characters table).

As discussed in w3c#22, some of different Unicode characters are actually
different shapes used for the same letter. To avoid confusion by listing
them as separate characters in our tables, this commit adds a note at
the bottom of character tables about this.

Fixes w3c#22.

Hi Mustafa,

Typos:
s/Langague/Language/ (end of 1st paragraph, section A. Characters)
Just before section Diacritics
...( ARABIC LETTER FEH WITH DOT MOVED BELOW (ڢ) )...
May be add the unicode codepoint U+06A2 for this letter.

Other comments:
According to the notation "white circle (○) denotes a character that is auxiliary for that language. An X mark (✕) means the character is not used for that language", I'm confused with some x and some o :

ARABIC LETTER TCHEH, PEH, JEH and others are marked o. Should be x. Not used in Arabic.
Arabic Maddah, Hamza above, Hamza bellow ... are marked x. Should be o or dark bullet.
So are punctuation and symbols
« » ÷ x ARE used in Arabic.

Hi,

Thanks for catching the typos. Sent the commits for fixing them.

Other people have also found the language symbols in the table confusing. So, I’m creating a new issue (#52) for remembering to change them.

About the missing characters, there’s already an ongoing discussion in issue #49. I added your note there.

Thanks for the review.
