Worked on this with @ariellalgilmore 馃帀

  • Updated terminology for "3. Conformance" section states: https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.2/#conformance
  • Found and removed a repeated sentence that can be seen below and updated text per Issue discussion / recommendation - Normative sections provide requirements that authors, user agents and assistive technologies MUST follow for an implementation to conform to this specification.
